No fucking clue what I’m eating today because my parents don’t meal plan at the weekends my I did skip breakfast thin morning and I’m feeling hungry right now. My main goal for the weekend is to ensure that I don’t get above 90 lbs as last Monday I was 91lbs and my weight graph that I update at the beginning of every week has to have a downward trend

Breakfast: Fruit granola, grapes, low fat yoghurt
Lunch: Mini sausage roll, 3 cherry tomatoes, ½ yellow pepper, fruit bar
Dinner: Black bean wraps w/ avocado and salsa
Evening: Aim to drink just low calorie gin and tonics for a night
Down to my lowest weight for about 6 month today although I’m feeling a bit fatter and my fingers look chubbier. Seeing an old friend lighter than last time we met up so progress has been made

Breakfast: Raspberries, nut granola, fat free yoghurt
Lunch: Tea with almond milk
Dinner: Grilled salmon, lentil dhal
Hoping tomorrow I’ll reach my first goal weight of 6st 6lbs or if not that’s the major aim of the week. Then only 6lbs to go to my weight at Christmas of 6st. I should catch the flu again, the most successful weight-loss method I’ve ever tried!

I got down to a weight much lower than expected so having a slightly more relaxed day in terms of food as a reward. Still no overeating and binging but I’ve eaten some cheat foods. Just about to have a small dinner and then no more food for this evening
